I cannot recommend Jonesie's Charcuterie Boards highly enough!
What always impresses my dinner guests is how much he is able ot do with such a modest amount of meat! Others I've tasted really rely on their sheer size and abundance of meat, but Jonesie is able ot get the most out of what he has to work with through technique - he always manages to beat off the competition.
For an added treat, ask Jonesie to include his sweet little berries on your board. Once you get them in your mouth, you might even forget all about the petit salami. When it comes to Comte, others leave it rough cut which can get stuck in your teeth (gross) but Jonesie always arrives with a fine shave for the smoothest enjoyment.
By all means, a standard serving of Jonesie's meats and berries will add an unexpected twist to any romantic evening, but for bigger parties, be sure to ask for Jonesie's Massive Load - it's enough to share with all your friends. My wife says she finds it too salty, but honestly, the kids have never complained.
